Located in the Woodford Valley near Salisbury, The Great Bustard is known for its produce-led menu and strong connection to the surrounding Wiltshire countryside.
I was commissioned to photograph a selection of dishes from the kitchen, focusing on the natural textures, colour and presentation of the food. Working with available light, the aim was to create a series of images that feel honest, appetising and reflective of the relaxed yet refined approach to cooking that defines The Great Bustard.
